The TCNJ Women’s Professional Network (WPN) is an employee affinity group committed to providing a supportive and encouraging network for employees to advance their skills and leadership potential through connection, mentorship, collaboration, and discussion.
In collaboration with campus partners, and support from the Division of Inclusive Excellence, the WPN aspires to foster an environment in which TCNJ faculty and staff are comfortable engaging in their professional and personal development. The WPN recognizes gender inequality and welcomes all employees with varied gender identities to join this group to support equity across gender differences.
